info@caratscanner.comInclude the email address used for your account and a short description of the issue. For a billing request, include the transaction or order identifier shown on your receipt. Never send full payment-card details.
Subscription cancellation
You can cancel through the customer or order-management link supplied with your purchase. You may also email us before the next renewal date for assistance. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not remove access already paid for during the current period.
Privacy requests
Use the same email address for requests to access, correct or delete personal information, subject to applicable law and records we must retain for security, fraud prevention, accounting or legal compliance.
